New Features Coming to Proofpoint

Effective Feb. 16, the following changes will occur:
- A Proofpoint Daily Digest will be delivered to all email accounts by default.
- Bulk email (newsletters, vendor mailings, etc) that was previously delivered to your Junk or Clutter folders will now be quarantined. Quarantined messages will be available to be released via the Daily Digest.
This digest will be delivered daily and will list messages that have been quarantined. It will also have links that will allow you to manage and release quarantined messages and to whitelist the senders of those messages so they will not get quarantined in the future.
We acknowledge that changing the way email is delivered can cause some frustration and we thank you for your patience as we continue to improve the features in this important security system. Protecting you as well as University data and systems are of primary importance.
