Criss Library Room 232 – The Office of Research and Creative Activity will host a series of drop in sessions for faculty and staff who are seeking funding for their scholarly activities.
The sessions will begin with a brief introduction to funding databases such as GrantForward.com and Foundation Directory Online. The remaining time can be used by attendees to search those databases, receive guided assistance in their search process, and ask questions of ORCA personnel.
These sessions are specifically geared towards helping those for whom funding sources are not readily apparent.
Sessions take place:
- Thursday, March 29, 9 A.M.
- Friday, April 13, 2 P.M.
- Wednesday, May 16, 10 A.M.
If you are interested in this opportunity, but cannot attend one of the sessions, please contact our office and we are happy to set up an appointment to explore these grants databases at a convenient time.
Registration is requested to allow ORCA to prepare for all attendees, but last minute attendees are welcome.
