UNO Students Invited to Participate in UNMC Undergraduate Poster Presentation

University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) undergraduate students are invited to participate in a University of Nebraska-Medical Center Undergraduate Poster Presentation in conjunction with the Nebraska Science Festival on Saturday, April 28.

The event will run from 10 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., and lunch will be provided for those presenting posters.

Posters will be separated into 12 categories and prizes will be awarded to the top three posters. The top prize is $500 and a guaranteed place in the 2018 Summer Undergraduate Research Program at UNMC. (If the winner is graduating in May, the winner will only be eligible for the $500).

In addition to the undergraduate poster session, there will be open panels with graduate students and area businesses. This is a great opportunity for students to explore careers in science and see the wide variety of research that is being done at UNMC.

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 4 at 11:59 P.M. A 250-word abstract is required at registration.
