New Voicemail System
Following a new voicemail system implementation on June 8, users will need to activate their new accounts.

The new unified communications system replaces our old voicemail system and provide new features and functionality. To ensure you do not lose access to voicemail, it is necessary to activate your new account as soon as possible. New messages cannot be received until you have activated your new account.
Old messages will be accessible in the old system until October 2018.

Setup Voicemail

From your desk phone, call 46245. If you are away from your desk, call 402.554.6245 and dial # followed by your seven digit extension (554-XXXX).

Dial 654123 when prompted for your security code.

Follow the prompts to set your new security code, record your name, and record your greeting

Your mailbox is initialized once you hear “Congratulations!”

How much time do I have to set up my new mailbox?
- Shortly after June 8, 2018, your old mailbox will no longer accept new messages.
