Show us how the Maverick tradition is passed on through the "Most Spirited 'Lil Mav' Contest". Fill out the application and include all necessary materials by Friday, Oct. 5, 2018.
To qualify for prizes, each participant must:
- Be a child of a UNO alumnus (parent OR grandparent)
- Be in grades K-6 at the time of Homecoming 2018
- Be available to attend the Homecoming Parade on Oct. 19 at 4 P.M. and the Hockey game that same evening at 6:36 P.M.
- Two will be selected as the “Most Spirited Lil Mavs.” Winners will be chosen by the 2018 Homecoming Steering Committee and Office of Spirit and Tradition.
- Tickets for the winners and their immediate family for the Friday, Oct. 19 hockey game.
- A personal ride in the Homecoming Parade
- Photo shoot with the Maverick Maniacs
- UNO gear to keep the Maverick spirit alive even after Homecoming
