As part of renovations that are underway at Arts and Sciences Hall, on UNO's Dodge Campus, a section of sidewalk to the south of the building will be cordoned off beginning Monday, Nov. 19, until construction is completed in August 2020.
The cordoned off section will be located just north of the top level of the East Parking Garage, Lot V, and cover most of the area southwest of the Arts and Sciences Building from University Drive East to the pedestrian entrance and exit of Lot V.
Construction workers will utilize this space to locate and maintain important construction tools and machinery during the renovations.
Neither the cordoned-off area or the areas of construction will impact accessible pathways for students, faculty, staff or guests. Additionally, those in need of ADA accommodations will still be able to use the Arts and Sciences Hall automatic doors on the south entrance during this time.
