Are you a faculty or staff member who loves UNO? Do you have Maverick Spirit and want others to know why? If so, we want to hear your story and want your passion to promote the upcoming RESPECT Engagement Survey for faculty and staff.
Between March 25 - April 5, faculty and staff will receive an email with a link to the 2019 RESPECT Employee Engagement Survey. The point of the survey is to let Human Resources know how to make UNO an even better place to work.
The survey, which is being administered by an third party company, will provide UNO with robust tools for action planning and encouring more employee engagement on campus. Responses are also 100 percent confidential, allowing for complete transparency.
In an effort to get as much feedback as possible, we are looking for people to volunteer as RESPECT Engagement Survey Champions to help encourage fellow faculty and staff to participate in this important survey.
Following a one-hour informational meeting on Monday, March 18, champions who volunteer will spend three hours per week (March 25-29 and April 1-5) sharing their engagement stories, answering questions about the survey, recognizing those who have taken the survey and more simple encouraging tasks!
If you love to engage on campus and would like to volunteer as a Champion, please contact Laura Wakefield in Human Resources at lwakefield.unomaha.edu with "Champion" in the subject line. Shortly after, you will receive an invitation and more information regarding the March 18 informational meeting.
