The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on Friday, March 8, 2019 in memory of UNO retiree Philip Vogel.
Philip passed away on March 1, 2019. He was 92 years old at the time of his death.
While at UNO, Philip worked as a Professor in the Geography/Geology department from September 1969 until his retirement in September 1994.
He is survived by his wife Wilda.
Our thoughts and condolences are with Philip’s loved ones during this difficult time.
