Beginning April 1, 2019, the University of Nebraska Foundation will now follow the same 60-day window for submitting expense reimbursement claims as the University of Nebraska reimbursement claims.
- This policy applies to all university staff submitting reimbursement requests from donor or discretionary funds at the Foundation.
- Claims must be submitted no later than 60 days after the final day on which expenses were incurred.
- This policy only applies to reimbursement requests being made using the Payment Request form.
- The policy does not apply to request for payment directly to third party vendors such as restaurants, caterers, etc.
