"Stedman’s Café looks more like a coffee shop than a laboratory, but it’s both."
An Omaha World-Herald article on Stedman's Café, a student-run coffee shop and learning laboratory in Mammel Hall, shares a few behind-the-scenes details, including the café's most popular item. Curious? It's their 12-ounce brewed coffee. Muffins lead food sales, with more than 2,000 sold since Stedman's opened.
Those are just a few of the interesting takeaways from the article, which looks back at the founding of the coffee shop and shares the story behind its name.
