Flag Lowering for Robert Butler

The UNO flag will be lowered for UNO retiree Robert Butler who recently passed away.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in memory of UNO retiree Robert Butler.

Robert passed away on May 6, 2019. He was 87 years old at the time of his passing.

While at UNO, Robert worked as a professor in the Counseling Department from September 1969 up until his retirement in March of 2000.

Robert is survived by his wife Caroline.

Our thoughts and condolences are with Robert’s loved ones during this difficult time.
