Omaha Baseball finished their historic run Saturday, June 1. The team's first NCAA tournament ended in an elimination game with No. 2 seed Baylor.
The team fell 24-6 against Baylor Saturday, coming off a 5-2 loss against No. 1 overall seed UCLA the night before.
The Mavericks had earned an automatic bid to the tournament after the team captured The Summit League Baseball Tournament Championship for the first time in program history.
