B.J. has been with UNO for 37 years, serving in several different roles: Public Administration Faculty, Department Chair, Dean of the College of Public Affairs and Community Service and now Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.

Some moments he's proud of is working with the Public Administration Masters students, connections UNO has made with the Omaha community, helping CPACS become a nationally recognized college and making decisions to help leverage the colleges across campus and make them successful.

The future for UNO looks to be very bright; with the continuation of UNePlan and Strategic Planning, very skilled and educated Faculty and Staff, the partnership with UNMC, etc.

B.J. and his family have a lot of travel plans, plans to spend time with grandchildren and a momentary break from volunteering.
