UNO Names Traci Fullerton Employee of the Month

Traci Fullerton, Operations Assistant for the Community Engagement Center (CEC), was recently named UNO’s Employee of the Month for May.

The Celebration Committee surprised Traci with the award and refreshments on May 6, 2019.

Traci was nominated by her peers for her organization and adaptability.

They said, “Traci is the first contact for the almost 10,000 reservations we have a year for meetings in the CEC. Every day, she responds to dozens of calls to make, revise, cancel and re-book reservations in the CEC using the EMS system, which was completely updated through NU. We have received frequent comments and thanks for Traci’s good work from campus and community users alike, in particular, for her attention to detail, accommodating nature and good will.”

They continue, “Traci’s greatest assets are her adaptability and her great team spirit. She will do anything she is asked to do with willingness, attention to detail and a spirit of service. She works hard to accommodate the needs of multiple building users, representing the nonprofit, government, business and educational sectors, as well as the full spectrum of campus users.”

For being nominated as Employee of the Month, Traci will receive a certificate, lapel pin, hot/cold tumbler, portrait, monetary award, two tickets to a UNO sporting event and use of a designated parking space. The Staff Advisory Council congratulated Traci by providing snacks and fare for the Employee of the Month to enjoy with peers and department members in celebration.
