Information Technology Services wants to provide the best experience to students, faculty and staff. To ensure they’re meeting your expectations, ITS wants to hear from you on how they’re doing.
ITS has asked HDI, an independent industry association, to randomly select closed ITS Help Desk requests for a customer service satisfaction survey.
Beginning on Oct. 1, if you contact the ITS Help Desk, and a Help Desk ticket or service request is created for you, you may receive an email from “ITS University of Nebraska” with the subject line “How well did the ITS Help Desk serve you?” We would appreciate you sharing your feedback through this one-minute customer service satisfaction survey.
