Expenditures for Research and Creative Activity have increased year after year. Faculty participation is also up 15% from last year.

154 faculty have submitted 370 proposals and out of those 370 proposals 177 were funded.

The "Creative Activity" side of ORCA has helped bring Artist and Holocause survivor Samuel Bak to campus, as well as School of Music performances at the Jewell and several Medical Humanities partnerships with UNMC involving art and music.
