Flag Lowering for Vera Lundahl

The UNO flag will be lowered for UNO retiree Vera Lundahl who recently passed away.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019 in memory of UNO retiree Vera Lundahl.

Vera passed away on Oct. 31, 2019. She was 91 years old at the time of her passing.

While at UNO, Vera worked as an Associate Professor in the School of Health and Kinesiology from September 1965 until her retirement in September 1996. She was also a director of the dance company, the Moving Company.
