Residence Hall Association (RHA) is partnering with the Midwest Affiliates of College and University Residence Halls (MACURH) to host a business conference here at UNO. To have an outstanding conference, we are in need of volunteers. If you or anyone you may know are interested in aiding with this conference, please consider joining us! We want to show the Midwest what the University of Nebraska at Omaha has to offer, and we need people willing to show UNO hospitality to our guests.
This event will be held from Thursday, Feb. 6 - Saturday, Feb. 8 and will utilize multiple building across campus including PKI, Mammel Hall, Milo Bail, and the Thompson Learning Center. Responsibilities that volunteers hold include, but are not limited to the following: directing guests around campus, surveillancing hospitality rooms, aiding during check-in at the hotel, and helping set up meals coming from caterers.
If you or someone you know are interested in volunteering for such an event, you can get connected in several ways. You can contact Emily Cole, the Volunteer Chair, at macurhrbcvolunteerchair@gmail.com. You can also go ahead and sign up for volunteer shifts on Signup Genius.
