Department of English Cover Art Contest
Undergraduate and Graduate students are invited to submit original art to the English Department to include on the cover of their program composition textbook; deadline is March 10.

We’re seeking a piece of original art—including photography—composed by a UNO undergraduate or graduate student. Ideally, the work should in some way represent Omaha or our campus.
There will be only one winner, as chosen by the English Department faculty. That winner will see their artwork published and credited on the cover of the new edition of From the Heartland and will receive a prize of $100. A runner-up will be awarded a $50 prize.
How to Enter
Submit a digital image of your work to Kyle Simonsen via email at ksimonsen@unomaha.edu. Submission deadline is Tuesday, March 10. Include the words “Cover Art Contest” in the subject line of your email.
