Remembering Doris Johnson
Johnson, a retired staff assistant within the Department of Chemistry, has recently passed away.

The Maverick community is mourning the loss of UNO retiree Doris Johnson
Johnson passed away on May 13, 2020. She was 83 years old at the time of her passing.
While at UNO, Johnson was staff assistant in the Department of Chemistry from February 1978, up until her retirement in February of 2001.
She is survived by her sons Ed and Eric, daughter Leslie, as well as several grand-children and great grand-children.
The UNO flag will be lowered in Johnson’s honor at a later date.
