ITS Updating Eduroam Wireless Network

Once updates are made to the Eduroam network, users will need to accept the new certificate when prompted.

On Sunday, June 14, Information Technology Services will be installing a new certificate for the eduroam wireless network. This means that the first time you log in to the wireless next after June 14, you will need to take action by accepting the new certificate when prompted or by running the onboarding application.

The certificate tells your device it’s connecting to eduroam. While some devices will accept the new certificate automatically, ITS recommends users run the onboarding application to ensure your devices are configured correctly and the certificate is properly installed. You can run the onboarding tool through its.unomaha.edu/nuconnect.
