The Maverick community is mourning the loss of UNO retiree Lucille Brawner.
Brawner passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020; she was 96 years old at the time of her passing.
While at UNO, Brawner worked in the Office of the University Registrar from September of 1959, up until her retirement in September of 1989.
The UNO flag will be lowered in Brawner’s honor at a later date.
