Flag Lowering for Barbara Manning
Manning, who passed away on Aug. 9, served for 33 years as a member of the Department of Psychology faculty. The UNO flag will be lowered in her memory; Sept. 18.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on Friday, Sept. 18, in memory of UNO retiree Barbara Manning.
Barbara passed away on Aug. 9, 2020, and was 77 at the time of her passing.
Joining UNO in 1967, Barbara was a member of the Department of Psychology faculty through until her retirement in 2000 and retired as a professor emeritus within the department.
Barbara continued to support the Department of Psychology in retirement, providing donations each year.
The thoughts and condolences of the university community are with Barbara's loved ones during this difficult time.
