"It has been a privilege for me to teach and consult to UNO off and on for the last 40 years," Stark, a renowned performance psychologist, said. I am incredibly impressed with the growth and development of UNO and look forward to becoming a regent, and serving the students, faculty and administration for the next six years."
Stark’s first stop on campus brought him to the Aviation Institute to meet with Director Scott Tarry and professors Skip Bailey and Victor Huang. His tour included a discussion about drones, the Institute’s role in workforce development, and time using the institute’s state-of-the-art flight simulator.
After the tour of the Aviation Institute, Stark visited the Biomechanics Research Building to meet with Nikolaos Stergiou, Ph.D., chair of biomechanics. The tour of the Department of Biomechanics included the 3D printing laboratory, virtual reality laboratory, and machine shop.
