The University of Nebraska system has put forth new guidance for employees, including student workers, regarding alternative worksite arrangements to meet the needs of employees who cannot be on campus but otherwise have the ability to complete their job duties and responsibilities.
The policy, which can be found on the University of Nebraska and UNO websites, applies to all administrative, managerial/professional, office/service, and student employees holding regular, temporary, or on-call appointments.
If you have questions about how this new policy may impact you, or would like to discuss options for alternative worksite arrangements, please contact Rachel Radel in UNO Human Resources by emailing rradel@unomaha.edu or calling 402.554.3668.
