Employee Assistance Program Gets New Name

As employees of the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), faculty and staff have access to a robust assistance program offered through Best Care.
Effective November 2020, the Best Care Employee Assistance Program, formerly known as the Faculty-Employee Assistance Program (FEAP), has a new name: the Faculty and Staff Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP).
The FSEAP is offered to employees at UNO at no additional cost and includes short-term counseling that is not only available to employees, but also dependent family members.
To access FSEAP benefits through Best Care, use the member ID "bcUNOe" and password "UNO".
Assistance can be provided in areas related to:
- Stress
- Relationships
- Family
- Work/Life Balance
- Addiction
- Parenting
- Depression and Anxiety
- Personal Wellness
- Grief and Loss
Day, evening and weekend appointments are available to meet the needs of your busy schedule. Best Care counselors currently provide assistance over the phone and online via a secure website.
