Flag Lowering for Tim Hendricks

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on Thursday, Nov. 21, in memory of retiree Tim Hendricks, who recently passed away. The thoughts and condolences of the university community are with Tim's loved ones during this time.

About Tim

Tim started his career at UNO on Aug. 19, 1985. He retired from his role as head coach of the women's cross country and track teams on Dec. 1, 2006.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane Hendricks; survived by uncle, Fred Hendricks (Mary); and many cousins.

A burial and graveside service were held in October.
