What's New
The University of Nebraska Police and Public Safety (UNPPSD), Department of Emergency Management in partnership with UNO’s Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) recently updated the Emergency Procedures Flip Charts. This resource provides critical information on how to respond to numerous emergency situations and will be placed at points of egress.
Additionally, an Emergency Preparedness One-Pager was added. This resource also provides critical information on how to respond to numerous emergency situations and includes specific information for the classroom or office suite the one-pager is placed in.
“I encourage you all to become familiar with the new emergency preparedness guides on campus and take proactive steps to respond to emergencies efficiently and effectively. Each one of us plays a vital role in maintaining campus safety.” UNO Chancellor Joanne Li, Ph.D, CFA, said.
With the help of Facilities team members, these new emergency preparedness guides will be rolling out to each building soon.
If you have any questions about the flip charts or one-pager, please reach out to the Department of Emergency Management at emergencymgmt@unomaha.edu.
