Ten University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) faculty members have been selected to join the National Strategic Research Institute (NSRI) Fellows Program, a prestigious network of experts advancing the nation’s defense capabilities.

⚡ What's Next? Fellows may join eight working groups to tackle current and emerging issues in the areas of:
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Biological Defense
- Chemical Defense
- Food, Agriculture, and Environment Security
- Medical Countermeasures
- Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO)
- Strategic Deterrence
- Wearable Sensors
These groups provide a platform for technical discussions and collaboration, with the goal of accelerating groundbreaking research.
