About Doctor
An expert in terrorism and political violence, Doctor is a member of the executive committee for the National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education Center (NCITE), and is an assistant professor of political science at UNO. He studies armed conflict and political instability with a focus in sub-Saharan Africa. Currently, he is working on projects investigating topics such as militant leadership, insurgent operations and tactics, foreign fighters, and electoral violence.
