T. Hank Robinson, Ph.D., Director, Office of Institutional Effectiveness, University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), answers the question: “What are the things Norfolk has gotten right to position the community as a leader in economic development?”
About Robinson
After serving as an attorney for the State of Nebraska, Robinson earned a doctorate in Criminology and Criminal Justice from UNO. His research units worked with nearly every county on matters of juvenile justice, K-12 education, substance abuse, child welfare and adult offenders. Over the past five years his research has shifted to growing the state’s workforce and helping communities plan for long-term economic success.
