Calling All Alumni: Volunteer for December Commencement

Help us celebrate graduating students during UNO's December Commencement at Baxter Arena; Dec. 17.

On Friday, Dec. 17, the UNO community will welcome guests to campus for commencement as we celebrate the accomplishments of our newest graduates at Baxter Arena.

The UNO Alumni Association needs your help to help ensure this university-wide celebration is a success. 

Greet Grads

To make this special day even more special for graduates, we are forming a line of alumni who will hold "Congratulations!" signs we provide. Signs will include the specific graduation year of each volunteer, who will cheer on new grads after they exit the stage and walk down a decorated hallway while returning to their seat.

We are seeking volunteers for these times:

  • 9:30 - 10:45 A.M.

  • 1:30 - 2:45 P.M.
