Between Oct. 28 and Nov. 15, 2024, you will be permitted to make changes to your benefits plan for 2025. Please review the NUFlex Benefits newsletter. If you need assistance accessing the newsletter or require a paper copy, please contact your Campus Benefits Office. Enrollment Checklist for Oct. 28 - Nov. 15

NUFlex enrollment is under the Employee Self Service section of Firefly. We encourage you to enroll early to avoid any last-minute complications. For guidance on how to use the enrollment portal, visit our benefits enrollment help page before you begin.

View Your Current Benefit Selections and Make Any Desired Changes

If no changes are made online, you will keep your current benefits plan.

Enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts

If no changes are made online, you will not be enrolled in the FSAs.

Complete the Health Risk Assessment

You must do this every year to receive the enhanced wellness and preventive services benefit for you and your covered dependents.

Designate Your Tobacco/Nicotine Status

If you do not complete the designation, it will default to tobacco/nicotine use which will result in higher premiums for the voluntary life insurance coverages.
