For Residents in University or Maverick Village Housing
If you are having issues accessing laundry facilities with your MavCARD, or have other housing-related issues, email unohousing@unomaha.edu. Please provide your name, NU ID number, and the issue you are having.
For Residents in Scott Housing
If you are having issues accessing your apartment with your MavCARD, email leasing@scottcampus.com. Please provide your name, NU ID number, and the issue you are having.
For Faculty and Staff
Red MavCARD Holders
If a faculty or staff member has a MavCARD that is primarily red, these are quite old and need to be replaced. They do not work well for accessing buildings.
