Biography
Ashlee McGill is a Contracts & Awards Administrator II at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Although she is a recent addition to the team, Ashlee is not new to UNO, having previously contributed her expertise through her work with National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education Center.
Ashlee is responsible for the negotiation, review, and administration of contracts, grants, and subawards, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, sponsor requirements, and federal regulations such as FAR and DFARS. Her role performs risk assessments, analyzes and interprets award terms, and manages contract and subaward modifications. Ashlee collaborates with faculty, departments, and sponsors to facilitate agreements and works closely with senior staff as needed to ensure compliance with complex regulatory and institutional requirements.
