About Lindsay
Lindsay is passionate about community, belonging, and being a positive impact on this world and the people in it.
After graduating with her bachelor’s degree, Lindsay moved to China, where she taught English as a Foreign Language for several years. Upon returning to the States, her heart for university students and the growth that ensues in those formative years led Lindsay to Omaha, where she worked in residence life on Scott Campus at UNO. Following the completion of her Master of Arts in Language Teaching from UNO, she transitioned to Dodge Campus to serve as the Intensive English Programs and Communications Coordinator.
A few years later, Lindsay accepted the position of manager of the Service Learning Academy, where she is thrilled to be a part of impacting both the UNO campus and the Omaha community.
Lindsay values kindness, community, honesty, and perseverance. She enjoys working with all kinds of people and looks forward to contributing to the Omaha community through her life and this position in the Office of Engagement.
