About Jacob Stodola
Jacob Stodola is the Director of Student Legal Services. He is responsible for addressing the legal issues of students through the legal process including court representation and document preparation. Jacob received his JD from Creighton University in 2013 and his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Jacob is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, the Nebraska Federal Courts, and the Standing Rock Tribal Court.
Jacob began his legal career at the Department of Homeland Security interning for Immigration Customs and Enforcement. Since that time, he has dedicated much of his time to non-profit work including serving as the supervising attorney for the Nebraska Immigration Legal Assistance Hotline and as the inaugural attorney for the Indigo Human Trafficking Project. In addition to his current role Jacob also serves on the Goodrich Program’s Board of Directors, having been a former Goodrich Scholar Recipient.
