As a personal trainer, I strive to provide trainees with an enjoyable experience that is solely focused on their goals. I employ workout programs that suit my clients' needs and provide them with useful knowledge to improve their ability to work towards their goals individually. As an aspiring physical therapist, I like to educate others on the importance of maintaining functionality for daily tasks of living. Aside from personal training, I am a group exercise instructor and a videographer, and I love talking about food!
