Hi! I’m Cynthia, and I teach HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). This group fitness class focuses on training with weights or bodyweight, your choice! Each exercise is specifically designed to fit your needs, which makes it perfect for group fitness participants of all levels. The workout consists of several rounds that alternate between performing an exercise at maximal effort to taking periods of rest. This style of training saves you time, helps you see results, and provides a fun and upbeat experience!
