Biography
Susan Reay, Ed.D., LICSW, is a sought-after speaker on ethics in behavioral health and serves as an expert witness in discipline cases for mental health practitioners and forensic social work.
With over 25 years of clinical experience prior to academia, Reay has trained thousands of mental health practitioners and secured multiple state and federal grants. Her research focuses on children's mental health, workforce development, ethics, and non-profit leadership.
Reay is a licensed clinical social worker with a doctorate in education.
