It's no secret that most people have an opinion on policing in America. But what do experts have to say? Sam Walker, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) School of Criminology and Criminal Justice was one of those experts to weigh in on the recent hearings in Chicago.
