Interest in Public Service Degrees Continues to Soar
The UNO College of Public Affairs and Community Service (CPACS) continues to experience significant increases in enrollment, and an increased interest in the field of public service.

From spring 2018 to spring 2021, the UNO College of Public Affairs and Community Service (CPACS) has grown an impressive 7.94% in enrollments, presenting the College with its highest spring enrollment in history!
Degree areas that continue exceeding enrollment projections in the College include: the Aviation Institute, the School of Criminal Justice and Criminology, and Urban Studies.
The Aviation Institute is up a total of 21% since 2019 alone, and enrollments are up nearly 50% since 2017. CPACS also offers undergraduate programs at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln through the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Both program offerings are trending, with a total enrollment increase of 70% from spring 2019. Urban Studies is also up 21% since just last year. One additional high enrollment growth area of note is the School of Social Work, with a total enrollment boost of 18% since 2018.
