The Transfer Articulation Guide is a tool you can use to see how coursework from other colleges and universities typically transfers to The University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO).
The information provided here is only as a guide and should be considered unofficial. Final determination of transfer credit acceptance is ultimately made by an academic advisor in your area of study.
Transferology
In addition to the Transfer Articulation Guide, UNO uses Transferology, a web-based network that shows how courses you have taken or plan to take transfer to another college or university for credit.
Articulation Agreements
Program-Specific Articulation Agreements
Program-Specific Articulation Agreements are type of A to B articulation agreements. Program-specific articulation agreements allow students with an associate's degree to transfer courses specific to their program of study at UNO. This provides students the opportunity to complete an associate's degree while working towards a specific bachelor's degree.
General Education Articulation Agreements
General Education Articulation Agreements are another type of A to B agreements. General education articulation agreements allow UNO students who have earned an associate's degree at a community college where articulation agreements between the community college and UNO exist, to transfer to UNO having met their general education requirements.
