As an early career researcher, Callie Vitro brings fresh perspective to the field of criminology and the study of terrorism and targeted violence.
Vitro, an NCITE graduate student who plans to pursue her Ph.D., joined other early career researchers in London last month for the International Academic Partnerships for Science and Security (IAPSS) conference, hosted by NCITE and CREST.
On this episode of NCITE Insights, Vitro discusses her research interests, how academia helped her through a sports injury, and how a classic TV detective sparked her interest in criminology.
