Thanks to efforts from many faculty and staff across all the colleges, online learning continues to be a strong part of the UNO core.
These efforts have been celebrated via nationally ranked online programs. Further, steady growth in online enrollments continued this past year, a sign that these efforts are providing access to exceptional learning opportunities for students who seek flexible options that allow them to stay on track to graduate while balancing the rest of their busy lives.
Building on this foundation, Academic Affairs and Digital Learning seek to support your efforts to develop quality online courses and programs that help our students earn degrees in a wide variety of disciplines: we’re offering a new suite of incentivized professional development opportunities aimed at helping you get involved with online learning or continuing to expand your online teaching.
With professional development training, course development grants, applied research teams, and a new faculty summer bridge program, we want to honor and recognize the significant work you undertake in this domain.
The UNO Digital Learning team provides extensive support to faculty utilizing technology and teaching online.
To take advantage of these incentives, visit the calendar of events or sign up here. Thanks for all you are doing to support students access to online curricula here at UNO.
