Eligibility for Services
To access and continue benefiting from Student Legal Services (SLS), students must be currently enrolled and maintain enrollment at UNO whilst being assessed the University Programs and Facilities Fee (UPF Fee).
For students not being assessed the UPF Fee, Student Legal Services may provide referral to available resources in the community.
All students are accountable for paying filing fees, court fees, and fines. Any outside attorney legal fees or consultation fees are the responsibility of the students. SLS will not cover subsequent appointments, representation, or consultation fees.
Please contact us if you have a question regarding your eligibility.
