Primary Font
URW Grotesk, the primary typeface for the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO), has been taken from the University Identification Handbook and is required for all publications.
URW Grotesk regular is the preferred font. However, other weights and variations within the type family are permitted (e.g. Narrow, Extra Narrow, Condense, etc.).
If you are the lead communicator in your area, please email marcomm@unomaha.edu for a URW Grotesk license.
Secondary Font
Liberation Serif is the chosen secondary typeface for all university publications.
Alternate Fonts
These fonts are permitted when university fonts are not available or not suitable for specific platforms and media (e.g. web, PowerPoint, etc.).
