Individual counseling is a supportive environment where you can reflect, receive encouragement, and work towards solutions at your own pace.
Couples/Relationship Counseling
Couples and relationship counseling at CAPS offers a confidential and supportive environment where partners can explore their relationship dynamics with the help of a trained counselor.
Groups and Workshops
Supportive group sessions discussing a variety of topics, and educational programs to promote mental health and resilience.
Crisis Services
Immediate support for urgent mental health needs.
Alcohol and Drug Counseling
One-on-one counseling related to a wide range of alcohol and drug issues.

Education and Trainings
We offer Outreach and Education Services to increase awareness and skills related to our services and general mental health topics.
CAPS counselors are unable to provide counseling to anyone outside of the state of Nebraska at this time. Students living outside of Nebraska can request a consultation with CAPS to discuss alternative options for counseling accessible in their state.
CAPS policy states we are unable to write letters for emotional support animals or ESA accommodations for housing (on or off campus). If you are interested in this service, please see a therapist in the community for support.
