What is the AI Campus Consortium?
UNO’s AI Campus Consortium is an interdisciplinary committee of key stakeholders from colleges and units across the campus. The core committee meets monthly and is tasked with helping guide the AI approach on campus, while the broader committee is tasked with providing feedback on the key initiatives and approaches developed by the core committee.
Members of the AI Campus Consortium are asked to:
- Champion the appropriate/innovative use of AI in their colleges, helping to spread the word about support available and sharing ideas for implementation.
- Make recommendations for the approach to AI on campus and advance specific efforts when applicable.
- Provide feedback to the AI Learning Lab on what they are hearing people need most, what people are excited/struggling with when it comes to AI, etc. to align campus-wide services and supports accordingly.
- Help to shape UNO’s 2025 AI Summit (March 12, 2025) – keynotes, campus speakers, etc.
