Program Committee
The mission of the program committee is to plan all events sponsored by the WiSTEM Pro2 organization. Current goals of this committee are to organize an annual event (i.e., speaker presentation and workshop) and monthly meetings, which is a time for networking, leadership training, and discussion of topics devoted to your professional development.

Awards and Recognition Committee
The mission of the recognition committee is to establish ways to recognize and honor underrepresented faculty, staff, and alumni of the University of Nebraska Omaha. Current goals of this committee are to organize existing awards, develop efficient nomination strategies, and advocate for equitable representation of women to be nominated for such awards. Future goals are to establish new awards and scholarships.

Ad-Hoc Data Committee
The mission of the data committee is to investigate, collect, analyze metrics related to women faculty and staff in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and related fields. The data collected will be used to identify promotion and retention of women in STEM fields at UNO. In addition, the data collected will help to guide the professional guidance and mentorship provided through WiSTEM Pro2. This committee generated a report that was published in the 2017-2018 WiSTEM Pro2 Annual Report. The committee will continue to follow trends and publish a report on a 5-year basis.
